GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Guest hereby undertakes to fully accept the terms and conditions of the reservation.
When booking the selected accommodation, the Guest pays 30% of the total price, the difference to the full price is paid by the Guest upon arrival in cash in Euros.
Payment of the reservation deposit: bank transfer.
PRICE AND CURRENCY
The price of the accommodation is stated on the website, in Euros.
If the Guest requests a special service during the stay, he/she must pay it on the spot in Euros.
CONFIRMATION OF DEPOSIT PAYMENT
The Guest sends the confirmation of deposit payment via email.
CATEGORIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF FACILITIES
The offered accommodation capacities are described according to the official categorization of the Republic of Croatia.
ACCOMMODATION IN THE APARTMENT
Accommodation in apartments is most often possible after 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and they must most often be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Arrival after 7:00 PM must be announced in advance.
Pets are allowed with a mandatory surcharge and prior notice.
Accommodation can only be used by guests who have registered, unless a change has been announced in time.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
If the Guest cancels the reservation, Rita Porec keeps from the total price of the reservation:
– for cancellation more than 30 days before arrival – 10% is retained for handling costs
– for cancellation 30 – 15 days before arrival – 30% of the total price of the reservation
– for cancellation from 14 to 0 days before arrival – 100% of the total price of the reservation
“no-show” – 100% of the total price of the reservation
If a Guest who cancels a reservation finds a new Guest with the same reservation, we charge only the costs caused by the replacement.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION BY Rita Porec
If Rita Porec has to cancel a specific apartment already reserved for a Guest due to extraordinary or unforeseen circumstances, Rita Porec is obliged to offer the Guest a replacement of the same or higher quality or to refund the money paid for the reservation.
Guests are required to have valid personal travel documents. Invalid documents, which result in cancellation of the trip, and if Rita Porec suffers additional damage due to such an omission, the Guest is obliged to compensate for it. If travel documents are lost or stolen during the trip, the costs of issuing new documents are borne by the Guest. Rita Porec is not responsible for decisions of customs, police and other state bodies that do not allow the traveler to enter the Republic of Croatia.
COMPLAINTS
It is in the Guest’s interest to try to resolve their complaint immediately at the accommodation.
OBLIGATIONS Rita Porec
Rita Porec is obliged to take care of the services and accommodation provided with the care of a good businessman and to take care of the rights and interests of the Guest in accordance with good customs in tourism. It is obliged to provide the Guest with all contracted services and to provide answers for any failure to provide services or part of the services.
GUEST OBLIGATIONS
The Guest is obliged to personally fulfill the conditions stipulated by the regulations of the Republic of Croatia and to adhere to the house rules.
The Guest is solely responsible for any damage caused and pays it to the apartment owner on the spot.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The Guest provides personal data voluntarily. The Guest’s personal data is required in the realization process and is used for further communication.
The Guest’s personal data will be stored in a database.
PUBLICATION OF REVIEWS
If the Guest writes and sends a review of the accommodation on different websites – we reserve the right to publish it on our websites. If the Guest explicitly requests the removal of the review, Rita Porec will do so as soon as possible.
